Virtual sessions are the norm, and in-person sessions are available on a limited basis in the metropolitan New Orleans area. You can expect accurate, expert guidance and an excellent, enjoyable experience.

How to Schedule Your Virtual Session

Scheduling is easy. Choose the service you want, pay for it, and schedule your appointment online. You can use a debit or credit card, as well as other methods supported by Stripe. Pay-over-time options are available for some services.

When you schedule, a client portal is created for you in PaperBell. This allows Denise to securely gather information from you and share resources with you, such as your chart and recordings.  

What Happens Next?

After you purchase, you receive an email with a survey link.

• Provide your birth information (date, time, location). Please verify your birth information from a birth certificate if possible.
• Share any background, context, or specific questions or concerns you want to address.

You will also receive a confirmation email with your appointment date and time, along with a meeting link. Email reminders are automatic, and you can opt in to receive text/SMS reminders.

What to Expect during your Virtual Session

You can join Zoom through your phone, computer, or other mobile device. It will be a two-way conversation, recorded with your consent. You're welcome to share your thoughts and feelings, and to ask questions.

After the session, you’ll receive an email with a link to the recording and session notes or resources.

• Rates start at $375 for a two-hour commitment
• Higher rates may apply at high-demand times
