Yesterday slipped away in a Venusian blur of female friends, crafting and mimosas. Kind of perfect. We are making items to “throw” when we parade at Mardi Gras.
Venus rules the earth sign of Taurus and the air sign of Libra. It’s my natal 5th House and so I tend to experience it as pleasure and leisurely times.
In Lilly’s horary tradition, Taurus locations are places near the Earth, so gardens fit. Also outdoor structures for agriculture, like sheds and stables.
Indoors, Taurus places are low rooms or cellars. More syncs—I’m spending a few days in a stone cabin at a lake, only one floor with a large cellar built into the hillside.
Aries rules the head and Taurus the neck, the zodiacal human body works downward as you progress through the signs from Aries. The throat, lower jaw, vocal cords, thyroid, etc. are assigned to Taurus. Think about next time you toss on a scarf.
Sometimes astrologers play a game, “If you could have any placement, what would you want?” I think it might be lovely to trade my Capricorn Moon for an exalted location in Taurus.
